After 18 years living in Nashville and dozens of house projects later, I can honestly say that good concrete contractors can be hard to come by here. My experience with Rugged Nashville Concrete Contractors is the best experience we have ever had. They answered my call right away and provided an estimate over the phone before coming out that same day to confirm the work. The very next day the crew arrived right on time at 7:30 a.m. and stayed all day until the pouring of my driveway was done, as promised. The following morning they showed up to finish cutting the driveway once it dried. They quickly provided a very detailed estimate and asked me to clarify several aspects of the work to ensure my expectations would all be met. I was unable to be there to supervise so they took photos for me of the progress and final work - it was carried out efficiently to a very high standard. It’s been a pleasure working with this trustworthy company with excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days.
